Welcome to Gecko Quilts
I hope you will enjoy my site and stop in often as things will always be changing around here. I am no stranger when it comes to a needle and a thread. I have been sewing for well over 20 years and even went to The Academy of Merchandising & Design in Chicago to study fashion design. Over the years sewing and designing have always been a big part of my life. So when my youngest started school I decided it was time to create Gecko Quilts. Gecko Quilts is a long arm quilting service that was established in 2005. In my first four years of providing professional quilting services, I have lovingly stitched over 400 quilts of all shapes and sizes. While most of my business is generated locally here in Arizona, I am capable of providing quilting services to you anywhere in North America. As part of my service I offer a plethora of different pantograph designs that can enhance and highlight the beautiful intricacies that you have sewn into your quilt top. In addition to the many pantograph choices I offer a full line of Superior Threads to choose from as well as an option for binding services to finish the edges of your quilt. Additionally, from time to time, I will have several completed quilts for sale on the site. I own an APQS® stitch regulated "Liberty" Long Arm Quilting machine. Stitch regulated means that every stitch is the exact same size and perfect throughout the quilt. All quilts will be hand guided by me so every quilt gets the individual attention it deserves.
